The Office of Urban Sustainability and Multidisciplinary Research seeks to promote cross-disciplinary research on and off campus. The office was created in response to recommendations found in UNLV’s strategic planning document, “Focus 50-100”; these recommendations call for mechanisms to be developed to enhance collaborative and multidisciplinary research at UNLV. The Office of Urban Sustainability and Multidisciplinary Research works to facilitate networking among faculty and students with complementary interests and to encourage pursuit of collaborative projects.
