DEADLINES AND REFUNDS:
Deadline to register for the conference fee of $395.00 is Friday February 10, 2006. On February 11, 2006 the conference fee will be $495.00. Cancellations must be provided in writing; written refund requests should be faxed or emailed to UNLV - OPRS Attention Brenda Durosinmi at (702) 895 -0805 or Brenda.Durosinmi@unlv.edu no later than Saturday, February 11, 2006. All refunds are subject to a $100 administration fee. All refunds will be issued a minimum of 14 days after the conference.
Due to the necessity of prepayment of meeting expenses, cancellations received after Saturday, February 11, 2006, will not be eligible for a refund.
